Hosted by The Vermont Land trust
Are you curious about what animals are active in the winter? Are you interested in learning more about how to identify their tracks and wildlife sign? Then join other curious women as we explore the Krusch Nature Preserve in Cambridge with naturalist educator, consulting ecologist, and certified wildlife tracker Sophie Mazowita of Tracking Connection. She will lead us on a search for animal tracks, scat, feeding activity and other signs.
Participants should be prepared for walking in snow or mud along woodland trails and on uneven ground off trail. This opportunity is great for beginners and intermediate folks interested in learning more about wildlife sign and behavior, from teens to retirees. Come join us, you never know what we may find.
Limited to 10 participants.
