Curious about bats and their role in our local ecosystem? Want to know how bats can improve your property? Join us for an educational talk followed by a build-your-own bat box workshop at the Peter A. Krusch Nature Preserve outdoor classroom.

The box-building portion is limited to 10 boxes. A family can build a box together, or friends, individuals, etc. Not into building a box? Join us for the educational talk at 1 pm and head out after! This is a hands-on workshop, no skills required, and all materials will be provided.

The workshop is being led by Emily Porter-Goff of the Lamoille County Conservation District, sponsored by your friends at the Cambridge Conservation Commission and the Peter A. Krusch Preserve.
